Beautiful hotel

Lovely boutique hotel, perched on top of a hill. The surrounding garden and adjacent chappel make it special. They offer charging for electric vehicles which we took advantage of.

The property at Villa Lattanzi is lovely. We enjoyed our stay, but felt that the property is really designed for events, particularly weddings. We would have enjoyed more outdoor seating on the property, and were a little surprised that the view of the Adriatic was very limited. They should consider taking some trees out so you could enjoy the view. We had to walk quite a distance just to see the water, which was somewhat surprising based on their location. The dinners were excellent, breakfast amazing, and the room was lovely. A little frightening driving up to the property, based on a single lane road. Excellent service throughout.

Qualche carenza per un 5 stelle. Niente servizio serale di housekeeping (camere fatte al mattino e basta), climatizzazione ingestibile e fornita con il contagocce. Qualche pecca di pulizia come polvere negli angoli e qualche macchia sospetta. Anche cuscini macchiati, sicuramente puliti ma macchiati. Molto difficile avere un toast ben fatto.

Super Ambiente und ausgezeichnetes Service

Die Villa Latenz ist ein wunderschönes Hotel, die Zimmer sind super gepflegt. Es gibt einen schönen Garten und Spazierwege. Das Essen ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und empfehlenswert. Das Ganze wird durch ein super Service abgerundet. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Poteva andare meglio

L'albergo è molto bello ed è inserito in un contesto naturale di grande fascino. La villa è stata molto ben restaurata e resa funzionale per l'uso alberghiero. Il personale alla reception molto cortese e professionale. Tuttavia una serie di disservizi, magari piccoli, sembrano non rendere giustizia alle 5 stelle di cui si fregia l'hotel. Al mio arrivo il wc conteneva tracce evidenti dell'ospite precedente. Il condizionatore si spegneva ogni volta che la chiave veniva rimossa dalla sua sede e per riaccenderlo era necessario chiamare la reception, in quanto l'interruttore del termostato della stanza non funzionava. Il frigobar non conteneva tutte le bevande riportate nella lista (ad esempio mancava la birra). In occasione di un matrimonio, il parcheggio adiacente alla struttura era completo ed ho dovuto parcheggiare in un parcheggio all'esterno completamente al buio e se non avessi avuto la luce del cellulare avrei avuto qualche problema; forse andrebbe riservato il parcheggio interno per i soli ospiti.
