"The hotel is quite unique and offers a special experience thanks to its character. Its a 200 year old building , well maintained that makes the guests feel like they are in Epoch Rennaisance. The hotel owners are very friendly and kind. We stayed 2 nights in a room with two double beds. We would recommend to put some mosquito net on the windows so there are no insects coming in the room. The pool area is also nice and cosy. The area and surroundings are quiet which was expected as it is French...

"Staff were great. Easy access on the edge of town. A pharmacy next door. Easy to get to restaurants. Downside: lots of small holes in the walls which is discomforting. Shower stall way too small. First night tons of noise at 5am, quiet after that. Again, staff wonderful. Would stay there again."

"We were very impressed with the Hotel Sans Val'Eau, a nice spacious chalet next to the pond, an ideal place to relax with our dog after a long days travelling. "The stay was great at the Mercure Belfort. Just a one night stopover but it was very good. Staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. Ate in the bar/restaurant connected to the hotel, this was all deck out for Halloween and was quite buzzing busy. Never the less we got a table and the food was good. We also charged the car overnight and the charger was good, perfect for overnight charge. Would definitely stay again."
