Wonderful stay in a great location!

Great place to stay for us! The beach is across the street, parking is free, pool onsite, and near many restaurants. The rooms were clean, and staff were friendly. Can’t ask for more for a budget-friendly stay! Highly recommend!

Great family spot!

Great property across from the beach. Pool onsite and two mini golf courses, two ice cream shops, water park, go carts and fishers parking all next door.

AMAZING STAY

This motel was conveiently located to a lot of things. We parked our car most of the time and walked. The fact that there is a beach, waterpark, mini golf, places to eat, etc right within walking distance is MAJOR!!! I loved it. Will be back next time but just me and hubby. Our girls enjoyed themselves.

Motel on Fenick Beach - blast from the past!

Walk one long block to beach, nice pool 8 feet deep, older property but well kept - motel brings you back to the 1960's. close to Ocean City, local many reseteraunts walking distance. Short drive to anything else. Movie therater in Ocean City 4 miles away.

Very nice staff. Well worn, older building, but clean. Carpet in room was damp, and the A/C could not draw enough moisture out to help it. Plenty of hot water for showers.

Great place for a quick trip

Great place to stay on a whim. We needed something affordable, clean and family friendly on very short notice. This place fit those needs well. Cold AC and clean rooms made our stay great. Not to mention having a pool right on site. It was super quiet and laid back. We did have an issue with our door lock as we couldnt get back in one day, but they had their maintenance man come right out and put a brand new handle and locks on the front and rear of our room within 20 minutes. So, not only was this a great stay but their service was fantastic. Very accommodating and polite. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this place. We were only here 2 nights but I’d stay here again. Fairly easy walk to the beach, lighthouse road is very busy so def have to use the crosswalk. Parking spots are plentiful. Pool was nice. Rooms clean. Beds are small. No drain trap in bathroom sink made me nervous. They actually cleaned our room after the very first night. I’m so not used to hotels doing that anymore, didn’t expect it & we had our clothes laying all over the beds. They folded them. So sweet. Staff was always nice in the office. There’s coffee & tea in there. Free lighthouse to visit a block away. Free shipwreck museum nearby. Matt’s fish camp & Lizzies had the best food.

The office staff was beyond reproach, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I called to add an extra day and change the accommodations and they were more than helpful. One of them even offered me one of her jackets the cooler day. I would definitely stay again.

Definitely didn't disappoint, somewhat nostalgic. Clean, pool front Motel. Parking doesn't run up to the room. Whole Motel is well kept and maintained. Price was suitable. Happy.

Location was great. The room itself was average. The toilet wasn't fully bolted to the wall and the bathroom faucet sprayed out water where the handle meets the spigot. Minimal lighting options and the AC sometimes just turned off even though we set it to be on continuously. BUT, again, the location was great and we loved having the pool so close to our room.
