"Clean room great staff "

"Common areas were nice, breakfast was hot as promised even if selections were a tad limited"

"The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff are wonderful. Also, the restaurant attached is amazing if you have the time. It’s walking distance from the large mall next door, but there are few sidewalks, so please take care when walking. My only issue with the property is that the doors to the rooms have a large gap, resulting in us hearing many loud noises from the halls or other rooms near us. I would still stay here again!"

"I had change rooms twice the first room smell like weed the second room the heat wouldn’t work so they had to move me to another room and customer service was terrible"

"I loved the staff. They were wonderful. However, the bed was like a brick and I didnt sleep all night. Need softer beds. and there were no towel racks in the bathroom by the shower or the sink for the large bath towels. "

"This hotel is absolutely disgusting. There are rehabs people living there. The hallway smelled like urine got woke up from people upstairs stomping around charged early arrival fee, which you if I would’ve seen what the hotel was like before I would’ve never even booked it there I will never stay there again that hotel used to be a nice hotel. It is a crap show!!! so outdated. The rooms were dirty. The halls were dirty the floors and going up the stairs were dirt, but it’s just totally disgusting. Nothing good to say about that place."

"Pool water was cloudy and gross. Hot tub jets did not work. Did not enjoy the two amenities that I booked this hotel for. "

"Parking lot had many potholes and there was not enough parking for the number of guests. We were notified that the elevator was not working on Thursday and that we could cancel our stay. That was not an option considering we were staying in Fenton due to a bowling tournament. "
