Even clean-up is a pleasure thanks to the stunning lake views from the sink. Just off the kitchen, a sunny den provides a quiet nook for reading, relaxing, or getting a bit of work done. The daybed in the den is perfect for extra guests or afternoon naps.

The rest of the main level features three bedrooms, including a lakeside primary suite with a king bed, full water views, and a private ensuite bath. Two additional queen bedrooms and a convenient half bath complete this level.

Downstairs, the lower level adds even more living space and flexibility. A cozy family room with a smart TV, DVD player, and a large collection of movies is perfect for movie nights or rainy days. A game table and board games invite friendly competition, while the kitchenette area includes a sink, microwave, and a washer and dryer for added convenience. - This home is on a private septic system. To ensure proper function, please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush items such as wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other materials, as they can cause damage or backups.
- This home receives water via a well. Due to the high mineral content in our area, this water smells and tastes different than city water. Though the water is safe to drink, those who are accustomed to city water may wish to bring bottled water for drinking.
- There is one full bathroom on the main level and the only access is through the primary bedroom.
- There is no door between the lower level bunk room and queen bedroom.
- There is a daybed in the den. There are no window coverings or doors for privacy in this room.
- There is a Ring doorbell that records when it senses motion at the front door. It records sound and video while the motion is happening, not all the time.
