"The website should say that the reception closes at 10pm for check-in. Luckily, my bus arrived in time for me to check in. The hotel lobby is well-decorated. Its location is very convenient. The room is clean and quiet. My room was right next to the elevator but I couldn't hear a thing. "

"We have stayed in a few B&B hotels and they usually do not disappoint. St Gallen hotel was a challenge to find due to how new it is but we arrived and were able to check straight in with the welcoming, friendly lady on reception. Covered parking for the motorcycle is always a bonus, great room, clean, comfy bed, nice pillows, near train station as they usually are. Nothing to dislike especially for the cost, great value for money hotels."

"Whilst i assumed this hotel to be nice, it has exceeded expectations. Very comfortable, stylish and really well designed everywhere. There really is nothing bad to say and everything here is well done and considered. Great staff too and an amazing selection for breakfast. In order to find something to criticise Id suggest really cups in the bedroom rather than paper ones for tea/coffee - it feels out of character with the effort throughout. BUt still 10/10"
