Villa 'Los Hibiscus' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The villa "Los Hibiscus" is located in Felanitx and offers beautiful mountain views. This two-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two additional toilets, accommodating up to ten people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for a home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, and a dryer. A table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment. Two high chairs and two baby cots are available.



The villa features a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, two balconies, a grill, and an outdoor shower. From October 2024, a heated swimming pool will be available for an extra fee. If you are interested in this service, please contact the owner for more information. A parking space is available on the property.



Pets and smoking are not allowed. Events are permitted with advance notice and an extra daily fee; please contact the owner for details. Beach and pool towels are provided. A fence for the pool can be provided for an extra fee. The property has guidelines to help guests with correct waste separation, and further information is provided on site. The villa features energy-saving lighting, and part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels. The daily charge for electricity consumption must be paid to the owner prior to arrival.

5 Star recommendation

A great accommodation that fulfils all wishes. Very good room layout, very high quality furnishings and absolutely clean. The outdoor area is great and there were surprisingly few mosquitoes. Short distances to cover daily needs and good food. Communication with the landlord was always fast, friendly and smooth. However, there is one tip. If you want to watch international television, you need to be technically savvy. All in all, a very clear 5 star recommendation. We would definitely book again. Many thanks Peter.
