Holiday Home “Polita des Carritxo” with Mountain View, Pool, Garden & Terrace

The 150 m² villa “Polita” is situated in the gorgeous country outside of Es Carritxo, in the southeast of Mallorca, and is perfect for quiet and relaxing holidays. The property consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a safe, a baby cot and a highchair. The spacious private outdoor area will impress you with a big open and covered terrace, where you can have breakfast, relax and enjoy the evenings with delicious barbecued dinners and a glass of wine. The pool invites you to take refreshing swims, after which you can bask in the deck chairs while looking upon the surrounding mountains. In the little village of Cas Concos, only a 6-minute drive (4 km) from the property, you will find supermarkets, shops, a pharmacy as well as restaurants. A number of wonderful beaches can be reached by car within 15 minutes (9 km), and the seaside town of Portocolom, a 16-minute drive (10 km) east of the villa, is well worth a visit and boasts a marina located in a scenic cove. Mallorca’s vibrant capital city of Palma and the airport can be reached after a 50-minute drive (55 km).

Schöne Finca mit kleinen Mängeln

Eine schöne, etwas in die Jahre gekommene einstöckige Finca! Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Außenanlage und ein großer Pool! Im Haus sind schon einige Mängel, defekte Fliegengitter in zwei der drei Schlafzimmer, keine vernünftigen Nachttische, nur 4 Aussenstühle auf der Terrasse ( wir waren nur zu zweit)! Kein Mückenschutz in den Badezimmern! Gute Lage zwischen Felanitx und Cala d‘Or etwas abseits der Straße, die man dennoch hört! Das Grundstück ist fast nicht einsehbar, das ist sehr schön!

Nie wieder !!!

Wir waren mehr als enttäuscht! Hinzu kommt, dass der Eigentümer Nachrichten gelesen- und 2 Wochen nicht geantwortet/ reagiert hat. Nachdem wir der Agentur die Umständen der Finka gemeldet und Bilder gesandt haben, kam auch hier keinerlei Rückmeldung. Die Reinigungskraft übergab uns die Schlüssel und meinte, es ist alles fertig und sauber. Die hygienischen Umstände kann man hier alle nicht aufzählen. Der erste Weg war tatsächlich ein Großeinkauf um es sich überhaupt mit 2 Kindern bewohnbar zu machen. Der Pool war dreckig und es lagen Sachen von den Vormietern im Pool und diverse kaputte Sachen auf dem Grundstück verteilt. Essensreste an jeder Ecke, wo sich zahlreiche Ameisen angesammelt haben. Das Grundstück war in einem ungepflegten Zustand u.a. kein Rasen gemäht, kaputte Wasserschläuche, Fenster dreckig und verschmiert, Sitzauflagen verdreckt und wohl voll mit Katzenurin, Pool verdreckt (Poollampe hing lose im Becken, Unkraut an jeder Ecke, Palmen ohne Palmenblätter etc. Im Haus kam der Boden hoch, die Betten eine durchgelegene und knatschende Katastrophe, Ameisen kamen aus den Steckdosen, Vorhänge verdreckt usw. Wir hatten 2 Wochen kein WLAN... was zusätzlich Kosten verursacht hat (und das in der EU) Der Gärtner kam für 2 min und es gab ein kurzes "Hallo" Keine Kommunikation, dreckiges Grundstück und Haus und dafür so viel Geld bezahlt... NIE WIEDER !!!
