Can Claret Gran 176 wonderful villa with private pool, large terrace, air conditioning and WiFi
- Cosy Majorcan country house in Cas Concos
Located near the village and 20 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches in the south of Mallorca.
Capacity for 8 people.
On the ground floor there is a large and spacious reception area, a living-dining room and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. There is a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are the other three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms with bathtub.
The entire accommodation is air-conditioned.
On each floor there is a terrace with impressive views.
Without doubt, you will enjoy it most in the outdoor areas of the house. There is a large garden area, in the rear area there is a grilling zone to enjoy pleasant meals in the company of family and friends, there is also a large pool and sun loungers to relax.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are handled via instant messaging outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday apartments must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kW/day per person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- 1 pet up to a maximum of 10 kg allowed // €10 per day extra
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener enters the outdoor area once or several times per week for pool maintenance.

Ein sehr schönes Haus auf Mallorca – großzügig, sauber, voll ausgestattet und in hervorragender Lage. Der Pool war ideal für Kinder, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!“
Kleinere Verbesserungen im Außenbereich und in der Küche wären wünschenswert. Leider gab es zeitweise Ameisen, was etwas störte.

Charming rural property for family groups
A clean and spacious property with a generous sized swimming pool. The rooms were comfortable and the outdoor living space was excellent. Payment could not be made through the VRBO website, but was straightforward through Mallorca Charme. Ideal for up to 8 people of all ages. The local area is charming, and the nearby beaches are very accessible with a short drive. Good value and an excellent property.
