  • The Karin 2º D apartment is less than 250 m from Cala Ferrera beach and very close to Cala Serena, two beautiful coves with turquoise waters.



    On the second floor of a three-storey building with an outdoor area and shared pool, the apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms with single beds and a full bathroom.



    It offers all the comforts for a perfect holiday: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart TV, washing machine, coffee maker and hairdryer, as well as a cot and high chair. Outside, a furnished balcony is ideal for relaxing.



    A supermarket and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. Street parking is available. Bed linen and towels are included.

    Please note that the shared pool is closed from November to March, inclusive. Most restaurants and businesses in the area are also closed during the winter low season.

Good quality price and fantastic location

Pros: Location bear two beautiful beaches and the little pool. Cons: Air conditioned only in the living room. In case of hot wheather sometimes not enough

Basic appartement op prima en rustige locatie

Pros: - heel schoon - ruim appartement - rustige locatie, centrale ligging - goed uitgerust met (keuken)apparatuur - wasmachine en veel handdoeken aanwezig - diverse balkons; altijd zon of schaduw - veel kastruimte - basisbenodigdheden (vuilniszakken, handzeep, afwasmiddel etc) aanwezig Cons: - bedden waren erg hard en oncomfortabel. Het tweepersoonsbed is meer maatje twijfelaar en bovendien tekort. We hebben echt heel slecht geslapen en dit doet voor ons veel afbreuk aan het hele verblijf (op vakantie willen we graag goed uitrusten) - gordijnen in slaapkamers zijn niet verduisterend - appartement is wel kil en ongezellig qua sfeer - investeer in een dolce gusto of echt lekker koffieapparaat ipv een filterapparaat - tip: zet een mand speelgoed/zwembadartikelen neer voor kinderen, maar investeer vooral in echt goede bedden.
