Sempre fiquei no unico o qual teve 1 cafe maravilhoso, a cozinha impecável e o atendimento geral exelente. Ultimamente o cafe da manha n eh mais o mesmo, a cozinha a pior possivel e p completar depois d dias c 1 elevador quebrado causando trantornos hj o outro elevador quebrou e tive q descer do nono andar d escadas. Tenho 1 problemas serio d coluna. E a gerente q sempre foi mto atenciosa sumiu na hora do tumulto. Eu nao fico mais la assim cm outros hospedes tb falaram.

Hotel péssimo. Checkin com apenas uma pessoa para atender todo mundo e sem ar condicionado. Cobram tudo. Desde um lençol a mais que vc solicita até um talher. Café da manhã horrível, nada condizente com as fotos mostradas. Quarto barulhento, a noite toda ouvindo motoqueiros da cidade.

Péssimo!! A começar pela recepção que não tem ar condicionado e apenas um recepcionista para fazer todos os checkins. Cobram tudo a parte. Pedi uma colcha a mais e quiseram cobrar 15 reais!!! Meu cunhado pediu talher e cobraram. Só dão um cartão(chave) por quarto, falam que não podem dar mais de um, senão o outro desmagnetiza. Café da manhã horrível, me serviram uma tapioca vergonhosa, o queijo nem derretido estava, postarei foto para comprovar. Elevadores super demorados e sem ventilação. Enfim, não recomendo esse hotel. Existem outras opções bem melhores em Feira
