Modern Wooden House with a Large Garden and Terrace Near the Beach (Child-Friendly)

The BLAUE HAUS is a cosy wooden house with a Scandinavian/industrial style.
It’s located in the quiet western part of the sunny island of Fehmarn; the beach is just a 4-minute drive or a 10-minute bike ride away. There’s a great café right next door, and ALDI and Edeka are an 8-minute walk away.
The ground floor can accommodate up to 16 people. If you need even more space, the two small holiday apartments on the upper floor can be rented as well. There are 3 bedrooms and a semi-open loft in the living room, where you can also sleep comfortably if you don’t mind ducking your head.

The kitchen is generously equipped with everything you need for 16 people, including a 90-cm oven and a gas stove. If it happens to rain, the house offers plenty of indoor activities. There’s a foosball table, darts, board games, a projector + screen + PlayStation, and magazines. There are 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. One of the bathrooms features a shower-tub combination with a whirlpool and steam sauna function. There’s also an infrared sauna for two people in the garden.

In front of the living and dining room is a large wooden deck with patio furniture and a gas grill.
The garden is shared. Guests staying in the upstairs holiday apartments are also welcome to use the garden. We also share the garden with our beloved chickens. There’s plenty to discover and play with for all ages, perfect training opportunities for kitesurfers, and plenty of space to relax. Behind the Blue House is a football field and schoolyard with a mini skate ramp, table tennis, and more. Every now and then, there are a few vans or RVs in the car park next to the garden. If you’re coming by car, you can park right next to the house.
