Holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms

The 80 m² holiday apartment for up to 5 people and 1 child in a travel cot is located on the left side of the ground floor of the building at Fritz-Bleyl-Weg 16a. (A fifth person can be accommodated on an extra bed for an additional fee.)

The lovely apartment comprises a spacious living room with an adjoining dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms (each for two people), and a bathroom with a shower.

The tastefully furnished living room features a leather sofa, digital satellite TV, a radio, and a CD player. Free Wi-Fi is available.

A fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days. Guests should bring their own seasoned firewood and kindling, but these can also be purchased at the hardware store on Fehmarn.

The adjoining, fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, freezer, and more. Ample dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, paper towels, and a highchair for small children are provided. Please bring your own dishcloths, dish soap, tea towels, etc. One dishwasher tablet is provided for your convenience.

The dining area by a panoramic window offers a magnificent view across meadows and fields to the Burger Binnensee lake and the marina.

In the master bedroom, you'll sleep soundly in a double bed (180x200 cm). A crib (70x140 cm) is also available for a small child. The children's room has two single beds.

A washing machine and dryer are available for your use. Please bring your own laundry detergent.

From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious terrace with its own garden. Here, garden furniture, a lounger, a parasol, and a barbecue offer the perfect opportunity to relax. The large garden with play equipment for children provides plenty of space for the whole family.

Each apartment includes a parking space on the property. A covered bicycle parking area is also available for all guests.
