"The location of this property is truly its best feature. It is situated in a fantastic spot within the village and offers a particularly beautiful view. Unfortunately, the state of the house itself was a major disappointment.Upon arrival, we found the house in an unacceptable condition. The overall cleanliness was very poor: the bins had not been emptied, there were stains on the toilets, hairs were found throughout the house, and the floors were filthy. Even the kitchen was neglected, with a dirty refrigerator and cutlery that was visibly soiled. It was so bad that we had to clean the place ourselves before we could feel even remotely comfortable.Furthermore, several things were broken or in poor condition. We encountered issues with the lighting, the night lock was faulty, and the window frames were in bad shape. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi did not work at all during our entire 6-day stay, which was very inconvenient.A final tip for future guests: be prepared for high parking costs. During the weekend, parking nearby is nearly impossible, and you might have to park kilometers away.In short: a location with great potential, but the lack of hygiene and basic maintenance made this a very unpleasant stay. "

"HOUSE HAS GREAT VIEWS OF ROME. PLENTY OF SPACE TO SPREAD OUT. WE USED IT MOSTLY TO SLEEP IN AND TRAVEL TROUGH OUT ROME. "

"Overall very good.The property is very functional and more than suited our needs.A car is a must. The cooking facilities were ok for us as we only wanted a simple breakfast each morning but if looking to cook a family evening meal then you would struggle.Good communication from the host at all times making sure that we were ok and had everything we required.The property is in the countryside but close to a couple of supermarkets, we went into Rome on the train which was really good and inexpensive. Only 15/20 minutes away from a theme park which was surprisingly very good. Also as theme parks go it was really good value. Overall a great holiday, not 5 star but really good enough."
