Requested room with fireplace - didn’t work. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Couch was extremely uncomfortable. Could have used an ottoman for the couch to relax while watching television and “ unlit” fireplace. HVAC was loud when AC/heat kicked on. Views from windows were of Sam’s Club parking lot and backside of another hotel. Overall, served its purpose but nothing to rave over.

We were here for 2 nights. First night uneventful, second evening, and ALL NIGHT and morning, the LOUD , HIDEOUS FIRE ALARM WENT OFF ALL NIGHT. I had my 90 yo dad with me. MISERABLE STAY…..

Our stay at this property was amazing! Rooms were very roomy and clean. Very close to many restaurants and shopping places including the mall. The staff was very kind and professional. Would totally stay here again!

I will return
I wish I had taken pictures of the beautiful suite I rented. I could not be more pleased. The only issue I had was the table was wobbly. The check-in was quick, and the front desk agent was extremely professional and polite.

First of all I think when checking in you should be told about the cleaning of the rooms.I was there for 5 days and was just scheduled to have room clean on 3rd day.I had to ask for clean towels/trash empty.Finally a very professional and nice housekeeper named Belinda explain the cleaning schedule but stated that i should have already had room clean .I had to search and take things off house keeping carts to supply my room .I have stayed in various Marriott hotels but was quickly informed this was Resident Inn by Marriott.As though they do there own thing.Don’t attach yourself to the quality of Marriott id you can’t do the quality of service in my opinion.

The hotel was fine, but the area around the hotel was not very safe. There were homeless peeps walkin around the parking lot. I wont stay there again

I really liked this property. The staff at the front desk were very nice. Our room was clean and quiet. I really appreciated having a full refrigerator. They are currently doing some remodeling but it didn’t interfere with our stay at all. This place is located in the proximity of several restaurants

Stayed here as a stopover, had been on the road for 10 hours. Was looking forward to using hot tub, the reason we stayed there. We got to hotel and learned the pool and hot tub were not available (until renovations at hotel were complete). The rate for this hotel far exceeded other options in the area and was hardly worth it. The receptionist knew of our disappointment and offered nothing for compensation knowing the hot tub was the ONLY reason we were staying there. Was not stated on website that pool area wasn’t available.

Our stay was during a renovation of the third floor which went well into the night. We were in a room on the second floor. Our first night there we were startled awake at 11:30 by what sounded like something very large falling directly over our bed.

When we arrived the staff did try and work with us to handle the missing reservations, but were not able to due to full status. The issue is that we called the hotel 2 days before to verify reservations and was told that they had the room. Missing 2nd room from reservation. Was not billed for cancelation due to lack of needed 2nd room - had to change hotel
