This over 2000 square foot luxury, modern cottage located in the heart of Haymount is the perfect home for a great escape. Centrally located in Fayetteville: Fort Bragg, Downtown, I-95, etc. Newly remodeled 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom with deck off the back living room. Enjoy this completely renovated kitchen with a quartz island and brand new custom bathroom. This home is located on a peaceful street in the Haymount neighborhood and Fayetteville's most popular spots are only minutes away.
The open living space is perfect for relaxing. This home has numerous smart tv's, which includes a 75 inch Smart TV in the family room to enjoy Cable, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and other major streaming services! Enjoy the newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with a bar, mini-fridge, and a Keurig for your coffee needs.
Each bedroom is outfitted for a great night's sleep. The first bedroom features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, 55 inch Smart Tv, and a full length mirror. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a relaxing memory foam mattress. Lastly, the upstairs third bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, and mirror.
The downstairs custom bathroom with a walk in shower is situated in between both bedrooms making it very accessible. The second newly renovated bathroom is located upstairs off of the bedroom.
The huge backyard has a great deck to enjoy along with a Weber gas grill. The driveway has enough space for four cars. Guests may also park on the street directly in front of the home if they prefer.

Very pleasant stay
Very clean & comfortable home in a very nice neighborhood. Stayed for two weeks. One of the top homes I’ve stayed in with rental properties, to be honest. Owner was polite and responsive if I had any questions. Definitely 5 stars.

If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, updated, convenient to everything and larger then you’d expect, you’ve found your place! The neighbors were friendly too! Great for families. A+++. Would definitely stay here again.

The home is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and comfortable and had all that we needed. Perfect layout for our family. Owner is very responsive and easy checkin/out.
