This is an older home that has been completely redone. It has such character and the themed decorations add such an additional touch. Plus location, location, location! It is right downtown and we were able to walk to a variety of different restaurants. There was even a farmers market with local foods and crafts right up the street. We had a relaxing time in the hot tub. Highly recommend this place. We will be booking again.

We loved the house and had a great time in Fayetteville and at the park! The house has a great vibe - it’s older but has been given a ton of TLC and feels new throughout. The location is right in the historic downtown and we walked all over the place. And it’s 1 mile from the NRG bridge. The sleeping situation was perfect for the family and the bunk room can really extend the number of people - you could do two couples and 5 total kids with nobody sharing a bed and only the kids sharing a room. The hot tub was nice, and I beat my kids at Pac-Man. 5-stars!
