Everything you need and more! Home Base is a spacious bungalow with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a well-equipped kitchen. Spending time here is like hitting one out of the park. Everything is perfectly aligned for an ideal visit—comfortable living spaces, beautiful bedrooms, all your must-haves and some surprise amenities to add to the fun. Located near shopping and entertainment, Home Base is less than 6 miles from Fayetteville Regional Airport. From the welcoming front porch to the big backyard, this home has a classic All-American feel. Don’t be surprised if the baseball theme causes cravings for hot dogs, peanuts and ice cream! With room to sleep 6, there’s space for the whole family. The main bedroom has a large TV, a ceiling fan and a private bath with tub/shower combo. Each of the bedrooms includes a queen bed, quality linens and a large dresser. The hall bath also has a tub and shower. The kitchen includes a casual dining area, modern appliances and all the essentials for your own home-away-from-home cooking. The Keurig coffee maker comes with complimentary K-cups. There’s a nice dining room, as well. While the spacious living room and separate den give grownups and kids their own spaces (and their own TVs), there are also activities to bring the gang together. Choose from a selection of classic board games or step outside for a game of catch—baseball gloves and balls are included! The fully fenced backyard has a large patio and outdoor dining area, green grass and shady trees. The home includes Wi-Fi, a laundry room with washer and dryer, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, personal care items, an assortment of books and a private driveway with plenty of parking.

Extended Weekend Stay to Visit Family

This property was a great spot for my family (myself, my wife and 2 little girls) to visit family in Fayetteville. Clean house, comfortable beds and furniture, close proximity to grocery store. Made our extended weekend stay in town very comfortable. Will definitely rent this property again if it is available the next time we come down to visit.

This home was truly our home away from home in a quiet, centrally located area. We were minutes away from everything. Communication with the Host was clear and timely and we completely enjoyed our stay. The on site coffee was a bonus for me.

Retirement ceremony

We visited a family friend for her retirement from the Army after 27 years. The location was wonderful and the house was spacious and we all had plenty of room. If we are ever back in the area, we will book this place again! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the rental we were in town for our sons graduation from Fayetteville University. The home was really nice and loved the outside sitting area we had dinner out there one night. I would recommend this property. The only thing is if i stayed again i would love to get the access code to enter the property before check in time. Other than that awesome rental

Close proximity for where we needed. Very clean. Plenty of space to spread out as there are two living room areas, dining room, and office that are all separate from the three bedrooms. Adorable outside space as well.

We enjoyed our short stay. The home was clean and beds comfortable. I had older family with me and found the home not handicap accessible. It would be nice to do a few simple things to help with making it more accessible for older folks.

The property is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for family and friends, games for the kids and a nice yard.The only complaint is the mattress in room 1 (primary BR) is at the end of its lifespan which caused two sleepless nights. Great House

The house is in a good neighborhood. The house was clean and we enjoyed our stay, I definitely recommend! The property manager doesn't send the access code till about 30 minutes prior to check in. Also, there was an issue with the door code on day 2 and I had to contact the property owner to get a quick response. The property owner was GREAT but the property management was definitely lacking :(

The house was nicely furnished and the kitchen looked well equipped, though we did no cooking, only coffee and cereal. Three star rating due to a dirty bathtub by main bedroom and an apparent peeling of the refinish in the second bathtub. Was able to clean tub with a magic eraser. Enjoyed baseball theme and had a nice laundry room. Property manager should have checked house before renting out to insure it was okay.

The property was absolutely beautiful and felt so cozy. Everything was with in a good distance. The neighborhood is very quite. The back yard was great for the kids it is fenced in and gated. A nice sitting area to watch them play. It has 3 bed rooms 1 office 2 bathrooms 2 areas to lounge abs watch tv. 2 Dinning areas. The kitchen did have more cook wear then i expexted. Wich made me so happy. They do supply some tolitries and cleaning supplies.but i did have to go resroke. But we had 5 adults and 2 kids.

So much space!

3 bedrooms, an office that could be a 4th bedroom if you have a sleeping bag/air mattress, and lots of common space. Perfect for a family of 5 in town for sports.
