The accommodation has two bathrooms and four bedrooms: two king-size bedrooms, one queen-size bedroom, and a kids bunk room with two single beds. All the beds come with linens. In the living room, there is also a single daybed and a single trundle bed, meaning it can easily accommodate large families.



Despite the deceptively small appearance, the hobbit house is spacious and light. The kitchen has all the modern amenities, including an oven, a microwave, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. In the dining room, guests can enjoy evening meals at two dining tables, which match the traditional wooden decor.
