Our stay here may have been short, but the host was extremely helpful, the house is very clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
The house was clean and nice the area is very nice and close to everything
We enjoyed our stay and will recommend this house to anyone
The host is very friendly and nice and helpful
Completely happy with our stay
The cottage was very cozy and quite. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very communicative and instructions were easy to follow. I was a little disappointed that all the dishes were dirty, the freezer did not freeze, the fridge was cool enough to preserve our food but seemed to be going out. The washer worked but the dry did not work so we hung our clothes throughout the house to dry. In all the VRBO's I've stayed in they provided essential such as shampoo and body wash. The back door in the bedroom was not sealed and big flying aunts were coming in through the gaps.
Great situation. Spacious. Good kitchen facilities. Excellent communication with owner that made access and check-in really easy. Good WiFi and comfy living area.
House was fine and had all the things needed. Host was very quick and responsive to communication. All in all it met our needs and is close to base and groceries.
The rental was very dirty. There were dead flies and bugs visible. The blinds were dirty and the windows sills as well. I was informed the day of my arrival that the washer was inoperative. The linen in the master bathroom looked worn out. There was a dead fly on the back of the bathroom door and I have attached pictures of the other dead insects that we observed. They need a complete and massive cleanup operation to occur in this rental property.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Very disappointed. The house looked and smelled pretty clean. There are new appliances and it is decorated very simply and tastefully. There’s only one night table in one bedroom- so there’s nowhere besides the floor to place items I traveled with (this is a pet peeve of mine). And the floors were dirty- like they have never been actually SWEPT - maybe they just dry mop or wet mop and just push around the dirt. The shower floor in one bathroom was new but FILTHY (photo attached) The kitchen was ok cleanliness wise- the counters, stove, and fridge were clean. The microwave was a little dirty inside. The towels in the bathroom and kitchen smelled musty! I washed them all immediately. The worst thing was there were BED BUGS. I have not attached a photo of that- but I did sent to the owner. I found the bed bug when I went to turn down the bed at 7:30 pm after we had unpacked, and settled in and washed all of the musty towels. I texted the owner and she was very professional and apologized. She called me immediately and then sent a neighbor over right away to check. And I got a full refund. But the aggravation of having to pack up and find a hotel at that last minute was very stressful!
The owner was very friendly but I’m sure they watched the cameras the whole time I was there. We did a sip & paint and the owner kept messaging me. The neighbors had their music blasting (I didn’t have any except YouTube on the living room TV) and the owner kept messaging me about quiet hours. I also let the owner know that there were no lights in one of the rooms and they didn’t reply to that but did give me the WiFi code. They should’ve also listed that there were no TVs on any of the rooms as I needed one to keep the kids busy. There’s a beautiful balcony off of the mother in law suite (there is no access to the master bedroom) but there is no light outside so once it got dark, you really couldn’t use it. Blinds were also broken when I got there. It served its purpose, though
