The property can use some deep cleaning, lobby area seemed dirty, did not enjoy seating there. Room - had to put a sheet over the sofa as you can tell it has not been washed in awhile, A/C unit is loud and can't get it under 68 as AC unit freezes. So warm room indeed.

Hyatt Place Fayetteville/Springdale
It was a lovely stay, amenities were great, food was average, but didn't love that we had to pay $30 to check in early. I have never paid that before at a Hyatt, or a luxury Hotel. Don't really understand the necessity of that charge.
