    This wonderful thatched-roof house right on the beach in Faxe Ladeplads is a real eye-catcher. It offers a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of opportunities for idyllic excursions. Start your day with breakfast together and plan your activities. The wood-burning stove in the living room provides additional Danish hygge and invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa. The spacious terrace offers plenty of room to linger. And thanks to the spacious dining table, you can also serve your culinary delights here in good weather.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mehr oder minder direkt an einem wenig frequentierten Strand, Grundstück und die Außenanlage bieten viele Möglichkeiten sowohl für Sonnenanbeter als auch für Schattensuchende.Die Innenausstattung auf den Bildern ist allerdings geschönt. Das Dachgeschoss trafen wir an als Rumpelkammer für Matratzen, Klappbetten, Bettzeug. Auf dem Doppelbett und in einer Ecke auf dem Boden lagen noch gebrauchte Leintücher. Dieser Raum war definitiv nicht nutzbar.Unter dem Bett im Schlafzimmer (Erdgeschoss) war in einem Korb Schmutzwäsche gelagert.Der Kaffeesatz in der Kaffeemaschine war schimmlig, im Backofen befand sich ein gebrauchtes Backblech. Sanitäre Anlagen waren in Ordnung.
