Staff overwhelmed or undertrained. Check in took forever with a lot of confusion over what we had paid via Expedia. We were allocated a room that was already occupied when we entered it. That’s inexcusable. Reception allocated us another room but this experience left us uncomfortable. VIP benefits were not honored. "

"A beautiful hotel nestled in a stunning landscape. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful, restful, and relaxing. That said, I was disappointed by the additional cost to access the spa, which is €20 per person, per hour. Given the relatively small size of the spa, charging guests by the hour felt a bit excessive, which deterred us from using the spa. The breakfast was also underwhelming, especially at €25 per person. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, but some of the service pricing feels steeper than warranted."
