The hotel is well placed in the centre of town- staff were friendly and helpful- but compared to other hotels in range, this one is tired and quite basic, the lifts open up to cleaning equipment and have a damp smell- the rooms are clean and bed very comfortable, but need an update on the decor

Scandic Fauske

Flott gammelt hotell. Ligger midt i sentrum, så i gangavstand til alt. Store rom og flott matsal. Frokosten var helt grei, og med tanke på matsvinn, så har de vært lur. Tommel opp for det. Hyggelige folk i resepsjonen. På nett sto det at hotellet hadde restaurant, men det hadde de ikke. Vi ble anbefalt Napoli rett over gata, og de innfridde.

Frokosten var fantastisk. Det samme gjelder renholdet. Beliggenheten til rommet var at vinduet vendte ut i bakgården, og når gardinene trekkes fra var det innsyn fra mange andre vindu. Rommet var vinkelformet med ei seng plassert i hver vinkel. Det var ingen informasjon utenom rømningsvei på rommet. Min konklusjon på rommet er at det ikke er verdt mer enn kr 800,00. Det er det dårligste rommet jeg noen sinne har hatt.
