"We really like this place. Pool was very nice and staff were mostly helpful. Its a pretty good location to visit multiple areas as well. Room air conditioner did an ok job upstairs in bedroom loft but struggled to keep it cool in the sitting area on main level. The view from the tower is awesome but its a climb"

"We spent a wonderful week at Borgo Scopeto and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. It has everything you'd hope for from a luxury Tuscan retreat: beautiful historic buildings, immaculately kept grounds, and a peaceful atmosphere full of character. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive, and the food was consistently excellent. One of the biggest advantages is its location. Siena is only a short drive away - you can even see the city's campanile while having breakfast - so it was easy to combine days by the pool with exploring one of Tuscany's most beautiful cities (and, inevitably, a bit of shopping to keep our teenage daughter happy). A fantastic place to stay, and one we'd happily recommend."

"We just returned from a magical stay at the Villa i Quercioli. The house and the setting are amazing! High in the Tuscan hills, with 180 degree views of the countryside. The house is huge, filled with art, books, music and games. You can tell that it was built for families to gather and enjoy the beauty and serenity of the place. The pool was our favorite spot, but also having coffee on the patio and dinner by the barbecue under the pergola. The air conditioning was appreciated during this current heatwave but the hilltop breeze was lovely too!Gaia was very helpful with any request, from restaurant reservations to suggestions for things to do in the area. She responded quickly and graciously.Mauricio would stop by with their friendly dog to care for the property and to help with any problems.Be warned that if you are looking to walk out of your door to a busy town or nightlife, this might not be the place for you, but if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing place to spend your holiday I highly recommend Villa i Quercioli"

"Absolutely gorgeous property and truly exceptional hosts! Our family had a wonderful stay at Podere Ferrale. After 5 busy days exploring the sights of Rome, it was the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan countryside.The villa has been meticulously restored, preserving all of its historic character while offering every modern comfort you could want. Every detail of the property reflects the care, pride, and passion that Samanta and Franco have invested into creating such a special experience.The property tour and wine tasting were a highlight of our visit, and we’re really looking forward to our wine shipment arriving soon! What truly set this stay apart, however, was the kindness and generosity of the hosts. During our visit, one of our toddler grandchildren had a minor accident and needed to be checked at the hospital in Siena. Sam and Franco immediately stepped in to help and cared for us like extended family. What could have been a stressful experience in a foreign country became much more manageable thanks to their kindness and support, and thankfully everything turned out just fine. We genuinely could not have asked for better hosts or a better experience. It’s obvious they truly love what they do, and it shows in every aspect of Podere Ferrale. I hope to visit again in the future with our family - or on a couples trip. The property is perfect for both!"
