"Pros: One of the few properties that had heat and hot water at any time of the day. This 3star hotel is directly across the sanctuary making it an excellent location. For a fee it has patron parking at rear of hotel and offers continental breakfast. Staff were great and very helpful. They offered dessert and a beverage near the lobby desk every day. Cons: It could be 3.5 star hotel or better if the main carpeted areas were clean or replaced along with the dingy bedroom furniture."

"The check in is not convenient. We have to go to another location to check in. No WiFi. Upon check in, we found garbage on the top of the closet, and the bath towel has plenty of holes. The AC is not working. No extra blanket in the room. So we went to another location to ask for extra blankets and one clean tidy towel two times, they promised to send them over, no one came. No cups in the WC at all. No place for soap within the shower area. We stayed for two nights, very noisy, always woke up...

"Location is right by the Basilica. They have restaurant in premises. Breakfast is good, can't complain. The only thing that missing is that they don't have coffee maker in the room. Other than that, it was good experience. Staff were very helpful to get me hot water for my coffee and tea in the evening."
