"Perfect location right next to the train station, the casino and the waterfront. The rooms were as pictured and the hotel staff was courteous and helpful. We were a week before high season so they didn't yet have full restaurant service, but the bar was fine for coffee, drinks and snacks. We'd definitely stay here again. "

"The automated 24 hr check in is a nice idea but seems not to work well in practice. We checked in after midnight so it didn’t recognise our booking as it thought we were booking too early for a booking the following day. You’d think a check in system could differentiate, but no. And the guy on the phone was super grumpy at 1am too which is a bit much when it’s their fault. There were people we saw the other day who told us the system didn’t recognise their booking number. So it wasn’t just us with issues. The hotel itself is lovely and great value. "

There really is nothing bad to say and everything here is well done and considered. Great staff too and an amazing selection for breakfast. In order to find something to criticise Id suggest really cups in the bedroom rather than paper ones for tea/coffee - it feels out of character with the effort throughout. BUt still 10/10"
