Rosella did lovely breakfast, its a great location for visiting Locorotondo, Alberobello, Martina Franca, and a hire car makes that easy. The patio is lovely for sunbathing in deck chairs provided, surrounded by beautiful olive groves.

Masseria Trotta...Un Angolo di Paradiso!!!

Con la mia famiglia siamo partiti per un WE dalla Sicilia per visitare lo ZooSafari di Fasano. All’arrivo ci ha subito accolto la signora Rossella (con la quale mi ero sentito giorni prima telefonicamente), disponibilissima in ogni nostra esigenza, cortese, non invadente e gentile. Lei e suo Marito, hanno ristrutturato questo antico posto e ne hanno ricavato, 2 appartamenti deliziosi, ben curati e completi di tutto! Quello che mi ha colpito, e’ stata l’attenzione ad ogni dettaglio, la pace che regna in questo posto e’ quasi magica…alzarsi al mattino, uscire fuori e bere il primo caffe’ della giornata seduto al tavolino ed ascoltare solo il silenzio della natura e’ meraviglioso! Spesso ci siamo trattenuti in piacevoli chiaccherate con la padrona di casa, che ci deliziava della storia di questo posto e ci suggeriva luoghi limitrofi da visitare (anche la posizione e’ strategica, a pochi minuti da tanti posti caratteristici). Insomma, siamo venuti per visitare solo lo Zoosafari, e nel frattempo abbiamo visto AlberoBello, Locorotondo e Polignano a mare (purtroppo avevamo poco tempo, altrimenti avvremmo potuto vedere anche di piu)! Consiglio vivamente questo posto, in primis per la cortesia e disponibilita’ dei proprietari (cosa ormai rara), e anche per la particolarita’ dell’appartamento che ti fa sentire a tuo agio ed e’ situato in una posizione strategica! Ho scelto Masseria Trotta perche’ mi serviva un punto di appoggio e dove dormire, ma ho trovato una seconda casa…!!!
