Two-room trullo apartment with a hot tub and terrace, perfect for 2 people and located in Borgo Lucia, a complex featuring a large shared garden equipped with a swimming pool, parking, and a spacious patio with tables and chairs. The accommodation, surrounded by greenery, is located in Selva di Fasano, a quiet and lush hillside hamlet within the municipality of the same name, 4 km from the centre of Fasano and a 5-minute drive from the renowned Zoosafari. The sea and the beautiful beaches of Savelletri are less than a 20-minute drive away!



The 44-square-meter accommodation is located on the mezzanine level of a trullo, with a separate entrance from the garden: please note that stairs must be climbed to access it.



The interior is laid out as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and conventional oven

- Living area with dining table, armchairs, A/C fan coil, and smart TV

- Bedroom with a double bed, open closet, and A/C fan coil

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, whirlpool tub, and shower: PLEASE NOTE: The shower is separate from the rest of the bathroom and is accessible via an internal staircase

- Terrace, accessible from the outside via a ramp with 6 steps, equipped with a beach umbrella, a table, and 2 chairs



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, fan-coil heating, safe, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



The garden, shared with the entire villa and other guests, is equipped with:

- An outdoor pool open from April to October (three steps to access it), equipped with a hammock, lounge chairs, and umbrellas

- A patio furnished with tables and chairs

- A relaxation area with sofas.



OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

- One uncovered parking space is available inside the gate, in the property’s car park

- The garden is under video surveillance for security reasons; therefore, please be aware that there are cameras in the common outdoor areas

- Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay a cash deposit of 50 EUR for the use of the keycard and towels

- Towels and bath towels may not be used outside the property

- The property is not suitable for children under 15 years of age.



7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Fasano.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In the summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C

La Selva di Fasano is a hamlet in the municipality of Fasano, 6 km from the town centre, located at about 420 m above sea level—the highest elevation in the province of Brindisi.
