"Friendly, accommodating and efficient staff. The property is private with a fountain and seating in the inner courtyard. The room was spacious and well appointed. The location is excellent with easy driving access to museums and attractions. The breakfasts were excellent!"

"The staff here were wonderful. I was in town for a funeral and checked in very late. The night front desk agent, Alex, called to check in with me and make sure I was okay because I hadn’t checked in yet. The front desk agent in the morning, Nikkon, was also very accommodating and allowed us to have a late check out. This was so helpful as we had had such a long exhausting visit and my friend had a newborn, and they were just so kind during our visit and made a really tough weekend much more bearable. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Farmington. "

"Enjoyed the reception by a very welcoming desk mgr.. My first room had a bed that had no sheets on it but instead were on the floor. Next room was perfect with a nice shade covered balcony and views of the Animas river jogging trail. Everything was great. "
