Anniversary Nightmare Stay

I will not be returning to, nor recommend, this listing to others. The room's door lock was broken, the bathroom vent fan did not work, and the WIFI did not work. How can you rent out a room where the front door lock is broken!? While we received a refund for our second night, as we had no intention of staying there, no plans to return in the future.
