"The room was clean, and it was supposedly ADA accessible. The tub had no shower stool, and the bottom of the tub was slick. That is a hazard for anyone taking a shower or bath. Need to place a non skid mat in tub and add a shower stool."

"The property had trash all over it. The trash cans hadn’t been emptied and trash was everywhere. Our room looked as it had been used bc there were dirty towels. 2 rooms next door had the doors wide opened for a day and a half. They were both trashed. The TV remote didn’t work. The floor was very very very dirty. You cold see dirt ! The dresser drawers were so dirty I couldn’t use them. IThe TV was old and had a bad picture. The AC was not cold. I talked to front desk and she looked at me as though she was helpless. This was a terrible experience!"

"The room smell like weed and it had mold growing, faucet was broken toilet was dirty look like someone had taken a nap on the bed prior to me getting there"

"It was an expensive night for a facility that had roaches. I will stay somewhere else the next time I’m in Ruston. I do like the qwik trip across the way and the location is convenient."

"The house was super clean and welcoming. Such wonderful lake views. My daughters and three grandkids and I enjoyed our stay at Amazing Grace so much. It was quiet and peaceful and had all we needed. The host was very responsive and checked on us to make sure all was well. A 5/5 stay!"

"Rooms and carpets were clean, appliances appeared to be fine (we just didn't use anything except microwave and refrigerator), beds were comfortable and the view from the two bedrooms facing the lake was beautiful. It felt very quiet and private most of the time while on the back porch. "

"The room was disgusting. Didnt look like it had been cleaned at all before i arrived. All the staff were completely rude when ssking them for clean towels which they was meant to leave out daily but they didnt do once. Also the keys had to be renewed every day which meant i had to deal with the rude stuff daily. "
