We loved our stay

The accommodation was perfect! Spacious, clean, well-equipped and with an excellent air-con system to keep us cool during the hot nights. The views of the sunset from the huge balcony area made our evening ,meals an especial treat. Thomas and his family were excellent hosts and made our stay very comfortable. The house was a short walk - only 5 mins at most from a lovely sandy beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Five stars.

La localisation de la maison est top : à environ 15 min de st florent, 1h15 de l'ile rousse, 1h30 de corte, env 45 min de Bastia et proche de la route du cap corse.La maison est grande et très bien équipée et la climatisation super efficace et un vrai plus avec les grosses chaleurs.Il y a un acces à une petite plage à 2 min à pieds ce qui est tres agréable et un petit espace piscine pour sa rafraichir le soir.Je mettrai un bemol en revanche pour le ménage qui aurait nécessité d'être plus poussé et les draps qui pourrait à mon sens être fourni sans supplément. Le rez de chaussé de la maison est tjrs en travaux ce qui donne une.vue sur le jardin pas super agreable en bas de la terrasse, mais vite oublié par la vue au large de la mer. La communication avec le propriétaire a été un peu légère en revance.Jusqu'au jour de notre arrivée nous n'avions eu aucune nouvelle avec l'envoi de l'adresse de la maison ou la localisation pour la trouver, ni d'heure de rdv.. J'ai dû appeler et prendre les devants. Et pour notre départ, encore plus étrange, un rdv a été fixé à 11h pour notre départ et malgré mes appels et sms, personne n'est venu au rdv pour la restitution des clés. Je n'ai pas posté de suite un avis en pensant que le propriétaire avait peut etre eu un souci et qu'il nous ferait un sms mais à ce jour toujours rien.Je comprends que ce ne soit pas un professionnel de la location mais je pense qu'un minimum serait appréciable. Nous avons passé toutefois un super séjour.

Soggiorno piacevole in

Nonostante siano stati pochi giorni il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole. Posizione molto comoda e vicina al mare. La casa era come descritta nell'annuncio e ben accessoriata. Unica pecca che nell'annuncio era indicato che la biancheria era prevista ma ci è stato richiesto il pagamento di un sovrapprezzo per avere lenzuola e asciugamani.

Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ja villa de Thomas qui a été très attentif à nos demandes. La description est conforme à la réalité, le séjour est immense et la vue sur la baie de Farinole (par ailleurs accessible à pied en 10mn) magnifique. La piscine est un plus dont nos ados ont pu profiter. La climatisation est également très appréciable !

Sehr schön am Hang gelegen, mit Blick aufs Meer. Großer Balkon, sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit Küchenbereich. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Schöner Pool mit Reinigungsanlage. 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. 10 Minuten bis zu einem sehr empfehlenswerten Restaurant am Strand.

Maison très agréable, bien climatisée et spacieuse...mais en travaux au rez de chaussée.

L'accueil de Thomas est très sympathique .C'est sa maison personnelle qu'il loue l'été. Il la transforme petit à petit et , si la vue sur la mer est très belle de la terrasse ,malheureusement de nombreux déchets de matériaux jonchent les côtés de la maison et le jardin au rez de chaussée. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les chambres spacieuses avec literie satisfaisante. Salle à manger /salon très claire avec vue magnifique sur la mer. Un petit bémol sur la propreté de la cuisine manifestement pas nettoyée avec les normes COVID. Lave vaisselle encrassé et après un bon nettoyage au javel...tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Bref, on a l'impression que Thomas est un peu débordé . Néanmoins séjour très agréable, plage et bon restau à proximité. Tout sera parfait quand Thomas aura fini ses travaux d'aménagement du rez de chaussée.

Cette maison nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour à Farinole ; particulièrement agréable et spacieuse. Une vue exceptionnelle, la plage à 10 minutes à pied, un hôte trés réactif et très avenant. Bref vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Okay But Disappointed !

Difficult to find,. Below our expections based on previous reviews. The Owners son greeted us who was very friendly and could speak a little English. We managed to get by with our limited French and Hand gestures of course ! Upon entering the property into the kitchen/Living area etc It had a distinct (Damp Smell) not being used or Aired Prior to our Arrival ! Quickly realised the Kitchen Utensils .Within the draws were disgusting and neeeded to be replaced ! Hygiene Standards!! Unfortunately! 1. The Air Conditiong Not Working (IT WAS 38 DEGREES) They Admitted Liability for this and should have had this Fully Serviced Prior to Our Arrival. Engineers Coming AND Going We Endured 3 Days of this with the owners trying to passify us with PATHETIC ELECTRIC FANS. ALSO WI-FI NOT WORKING The List goes on

La casa è veramente bella ed attrezzata di tutto, comoda e piacevole: dall'ampio soggiorno, alla cucina con tutti i comfort, alle belle camere, ai bagni, all'incantevole terrazza, al giardinetto con barbecue. Gentilissimi ed accoglienti i proprietari. L'unico neo, di cui peraltro non è responsabile la proprietà, sono state le formiche - davvero sorprendenti nella capacità di trovare ogni residuo di cibo - e le vespe che avevano fatto un nido nella zona barbecue. Con dei buoni insetticidi ce ne siamo liberati.

Superbe villa bien équipée, idéale pour une famille. Elle est assez proche de Saint Florent, ce qui en fait un point de chute pour rayonner du cap corse à Calvi Les propriétaires sont adorables et toujours prêts à rendre service. Je recommande 👍🏻

quiet area with the most beautiful beach a 2/3 minute walk from the house. nearest shop is a drive away but a great restaurant/bar on the seafront a 5-10 minute walk. St Florent is an easy drive away with lots going on. Accommodation was of very good standard with 2 comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and our teenage sons slept in the large lounge area in additional bedroom area . Very comfortable stay in a beautiful part of Corsica
