ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Guest will be charged $50/per person past max guest count of 8, plus cleaning fees & lost revenue resulting from party damage.
Lock all doors & windows on departure. Remove your shoes upon entrance. ANIMALS: No animals without notification & approval. Excludes service animals.
Due to my cleaner's limited time to clean multiple STR, No early check-ins/late check-outs. Late check-outs will result in $25/each 15 mins past 10AM.
