"Everything was excellent except for the noise. Apparently my room was right below the boiler room. There was a steady flow of traffic and a great deal of noise past midnight. Hopefully, I never get room 230 again. Otherwise, I enjoy staying at Sonesta. The location is perfect, the rooms are awesome and the staff are always friendly & helpful."

"Looks like the room had been painted and they forgot to put the light and outlet plates back on. Adjustable shower head would be a suggestion I'm not 6ft tall. If the room sleeps 4 why not have 4 towel. 4 wash cloths, and a couple of hand towels. Ours had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 2 people. The best part of my stay is that it is a pet friendly place. Luckly I bing my own poop bags when I travel. The pet station was out and the trash can was full. Who's job is it to manage that?"
