"We had a great stay. Everything was exceptional. The only minor inconvenience was the elevator was having issues so there was always a long line to use it. We will definitely be staying at Drury Plaza again"

"Room had crack under door that you could put your hand through; not even a chair for the desk ; no place to sit in the room except on the bed; asked for towels-got none. The walls were so thin you could hear every movement of those above you. Very hard to sleep with so much banging on the floor and conversations you didn't need to hear. Would definitely not recommend this motel. We have stayed at Best Western for years but will never try another Sure Stay if this is characteristic of your properties. "

"overall hotel was good. very good price. breakfast good, could use more than 1 choice for the meat. sausage every day! plenty of breakfast seating with outside tables. 3pools a plus. rooms comfortable, 1 complaint the floors were very dirty. everything else was clean."

"Room was decent with a nice view of the creek. I did not realize that there were two buildings which is fine but the second building is across the creek. We had to drive over to breakfast which is fine for us but other people may not like that. Breakfast was not good. The eggs were watery and no bagels. The best part was the biscuits. Tried to get apple juice and it came out as water. I have been in way worse hotels so this one was a good stay for a few nights minus the breakfast. "

"This place was OK. The pool area / slides were were nice but the hours of the slides are a bit wonky. Our room had a weird smell to it when we first got there and it seemed a lot of things were “out of order” also it says quiet time was at 11 but we had a lot of noise around midnight that woke me and the kids up :/ this along with a few other issues, we might would come back if I saw a deal on Groupon or something. "
