  • Lovely small apartment in the historical palace of the family Alavolini. Silence, quietness and relax in the center of the town of Fano, ten minutes walking from the sea.

    Palazzo Alavolini is one of the most important and beautiful ancient buildings in Fano. The comfortable apartment is located in the completely restored loft.

    The apartment is about 50 square meters, on the second floor (with lift), fully furnished and has: Two single beds in the entrance room; a dining room with a sofa, a table, ancient furnitures, tv, dvd player, stereo, wifi; a fully equipped little kitchen with fridge, owen, nespresso machine; a bathroom with shower; a double bedroom.

    Palazzo Alavolini is in the historic center of Fano and has a big beautiful garden where it is possible to relax and, if it is necessary, to park the car.

Wonderful Stay

Maria Theresa and her husband Giovanni were wonderful hosts. Since Giovanni was available, he picked me up at the train station and they helped me arrange for a taxi when it was time for me to leave which I really appreciated. It is. This town is easily walkable from this location. And you can even walk to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, a very nice walk. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Wonderful holiday house

We had a wonderful stay in this holiday home in Fano. The property met the description exactly. We loved that the house was close to the center. Get a cup of coffee in the morning in the square, have a drink in the afternoon and have a delicious dinner in the evening. Explore the city on our bikes, visit the beach. In summary: we had a wonderful holiday in a cozy, well-equipped holiday home in which we lacked nothing. The communication with the landlord was excellent. We can highly recommend this vacation rental.

Fijn verblijf in Fano

Rustig, ruim en goed gelegen met winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Voor het strand gaven wij er de voorkeur aan om met de auto naar één van de rustiger zandstranden tussen Fano en Pesaro te gaan.

Eine gemütliche, authentische und idyllisch gelegene Wohnung in einem der vielen imposanten Palazzi in Fano, in der man sofort „mittendrin“ ist. Maria Theresa und ihr Mann sind äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, Fano ist eine tolle Stadt mit unendlich vielen malerischen Winkeln mit viel Kunst und Geschichte. Hier kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen, und die Wohnung im Palazzo Alavolini ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt dafür!

Urlaub in Fano und Umgebung

Es wahr eine sehr schöne Zeit in Fano, die Ferienwohnung lag mitten in der Altstadt, so konnte man am Abend schön zum Essen oder auch nur etwas zum Trinken gehen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat sich sofort gekümmert wenn etwas gefehlt hat. Was auch von Vorteil war, dass in die Wohnung ein Fahrstuhl geführt hat, somit mussten wir das Gepäck nicht in den 3. Stock tragen. Das Meer war zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wer lieber Sandstrand bevorzugt musste mit dem Auto etwas raus fahren. Auch da war alles sauber.

Voortreffelijk verblijf voor 2 personen

De vakantiewoning is uitstekend geschikt om met twee personen te verblijven. Keuken en badkamer zijn klein maar wel voldoende uitgerust. Het tweepersoonsbed is van een mindere kwaliteit. De tuin kan gebruikt worden om te verpozen. De ligging in de nabijheid van het stadscentrum is uitstekend, alsook de mogelijkheid om in de tuin te parkeren.

Alles war genau wie angegeben, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem Anwesen und in Fano. Es war mitten in der Altstadt und nachts kann man ruhig schlafen da es keine Durchgangsstrasse ist. Vielen Dank

Come a casa propria!

Abbiamo passato i giorni si Pasqua a Fano. Una piccola cittadina molto accogliente e molto accogliente la casetta messa a disposizione da Maria Teresa. Era Ben attrezzata e non mancava di nulla. Siamo stati benissimo al Centro di Fano e sicuramente co torneremo. Grazie!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in idealer Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll mit antiken Möbeln und Dekoartikeln eingerichtet, man fühlt sich beim Ankommen sofort wohl. Die Lage ist perfekt: mitten im Zentrum, aber trotzdem ruhig. Zum Strand geht man ca. 15 min, in unmittelbarer Nähe sind Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäfte und sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich, sie gab uns auch viele Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir können die Wohnung auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!

Appartement de charme au centre de Fano

C'est un appartement très bien organisé, petit, mais tout ce dont on a besoin s'y trouve. Il est charmant, avec des vrais tableaux, des miroirs aux cadres anciens. L'accueil est parfait, Maria Teresa veille à ce qu'il y ait le minimum pour le petit déjeuner. Aurions aussi pu profiter du grand jardin, mais n'en avons pas eu la temps. Une fois la voiture parquée dans le jardin, nous avons tout fait à pied. La mer à 15 min par une petite route ombragée, les divers commerces à quelques minutes. Par ailleurs, Fano est une jolie ville entourée d'un rempart, avec quelques palazzi, des maisons plus modestes aussi. Elle est construite en damier. Les rues sont pavées, la plus grande partie de la vieille ville est piétonne, mais aussi cyclable. La vieille ville est le centre ville, animé et forcément un peu sonore.
