"Everything was nice. Clean, comfortable, host is friendly and informative. Lots of character for the whole place. There is a fire pit as well with a mini pool. Host provided a safe and fun environment, Very thoughtful and accommodating as he provided a cooler with a few things for us. "

"Our family enjoyed the property and spent a lot of time on the dock. The house was nicely decorated and well-appointed. A bonus was the nice little restaurant right down the street. The location is close to both Manatee Springs and Cedar Key, so we used it as a home base to explore the area. We would definitely stay again, thank you for the pleasant experience!"

"We stayed 4 days here. Check I. And out process was simple. The deck view is Great!! House was very clean and had the perfect amount of space! A little out dated but had that cozy feel about it. We loved the easy access to the water and boat. If your looking for a quiet relaxing place this is it!"

"A very interesting and well kept hotel and restaurant. The staff was friendly. They rooms were clean and comfortable. The food and service at the restaurant was excellent. The grounds outside were very pleasant, with peacocks and guineas roaming about. An aviary and a nice patio area with a large fountain. Very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. We definitely will return again "
