Amazing!

We had a great time staying Jenny’s yurt! We had an amazing view of the mountains and able to see the leaves starting to change! We would definitely stay here again!

Yurt was perfect

I had an amazing weekend at the yurt! Me and my partner enjoyed the hot tub and star gazed. Perfect getaway! Clean and listing was accurate!

Love this place

We accidentally stayed in Jamie's yurt for a night, which we thought was beautiful. Jennie's yurt turned out to be even better and cozier. Loved the views and driving along the blue ridge parkway. Mabry Mills is a lovely little town, we'd definitely comes back!

Anniversary Getaway

Absolutely adorable yurt. So comfortable and had everything you could need. Out of the way and secluded but easy to get to area wineries, Mount Airy (Mayberry), restaurants, and outdoor adventures. Our dog loved the gated deck and ran circles around the yurt. Any questions we had were met with quick answers. Definitely want to go again.

New experience

My wife and I wanted to visit Mount Airy and looked to see what was close. When this listing came up we decided it would be a great new experience as we have never stayed in a yurt before. We had a short drive to explore Mount Airy and we also went hiking at Stone Mountain. Both were within reasonable distance from the yurt. Plus driving on the Blue Ridge Parkway was enjoyable. The yurt had everything needed and was VERY clean. Much cleaner than previous places we have stayed, very appreciated! Note to people renting this yurt. Do not bring a lower vehicle or you may have challenges getting into yurt. I was glad we brought our truck. No need for 4wd but the clearance definitely helped. The yurt was not as remote as we were hoping for. There was another yurt a stones throw away and a house about the same distance. Also, depending on the clouds and traffic conditions you can hear the semi trucks on the interstate. The views from the yurt were phenomenal and the sunrises are worth getting up early for! Overall my wife and I truly enjoyed our first time staying in a yurt!
