"The breakfast had a ton of options and was delicious. The staff, Bridgette, was phenomenal- she made custom eggs and cooked bacon fresh, helped us secure a taxi to the airport, and was generally so friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and the hotel managed to get us two connecting rooms, one with a larger bed that fit two adults with the five year olds in between. Access after the front desk closed was straightforward and easy with directions sent via email. We wished we could have stayed longer than one night!"

"I did not have the opportunity to visit the restaurant for breakfast so cannot comment on the menu / items offered. The parking was very safe. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and remain satisfied with the quality and service. I did not comment on the “eco” question because frankly I find that question out of line to be asking guests / travelers. If you as a business choose to waste money, effort and time chasing such items, you should be aware that it is entirely on you as a business and not something you are doing for your guests and not something you should request input."

"Tolles moderneres Hotel mit sehr sauberen Zimmern und bequemen Betten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir fühlten uns tatsächlich willkommen. Außerdem sehr kinderfreundlich. Es liegt fussläufig zur Altstadt. Wir haben das Hotel zufällig entdeckt und waren sehr begeistert. Sollte es uns erneut in die Gegend verschlagen, würden wir es erneut buchen "

"The JUFA hotel is very convenient for access into Nördlingen Aldstat. Evening meal was a buffet affair that had to be prebooked, with attendance best not left much after 6.00 PM start. There are good other eating-out options close by. Parking is easy on site, in a quiet and seemingly safe location. Sadly, my room key safe didn’t work, and the bathroom tiles, loo and shower could benefit from a makeover. But otherwise the hotel was just right for my 2-night stay. Staff were most friendly and obliging.👍👍"

"We have now been twice and it is a real treat to stay at the hotel. The attention to detail and the service minded staff makes you feel more than welcome. The spa, pool and gym areas are perfect not to mention the beautiful views. The breakfast is amazing and you always wish that you had more "space". The hotel restaurant reflects the hotel. I can't recomment this hotel enough. We will keep coming back."
