"The room was a bit tight, but comfortable. The room did get a bit warm at night, so we slept with the window open to keep it comfortable. It is non-smoking but we found smoke (marijuana) in the hallways and at times strong enough to creep into the room. Not one seemed to complain, and we did not want to cause waves. Julia was very helpful and told us what to see, what to do, and where to eat. She has great customer service skills. Breakfast has an assortment of items and we loved the bread and cheeses. But there were also eggs, bacon, and cereals. The hotel is just on the edge of the old town area, so shops start about 15 meters away, and you can find cafes, restaurants, chocolate shops, and clothes stores all within walking distance. Plus the buses travel everywhere, we were able to go both north and south, east and west for several miles just exploring. Bus stop just a few meters away, and train station about 1/2 km. "

"Well designed hotel with reasonably sized rooms. Staff is excellent, very clean rooms and hotel. Good amenities in room including free drinks in mini bar. Breakfast is good. No complaints!"

"Very nice and clean room. Easily accessible as there’s a bus stop nearby although the map gave a suggestion of a bus that doesn’t stop anywhere near the hotel that whilst se can see the hotel we had to take another bus back again. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast is not bad at all. Hotel is close to a big mall and the car exhibition in the building was amazing. The heating in our room didn’t work and whilst the staff was very kind enough to change our room, there wasn’t so much of a difference that we had to turn the AC off as it was still blowing cold air instead of warm air given the cold weather at the time of visit."

"I had an amazing experience. It is a nice area, you can find a shop, 2 restaurants and the bus stop is just 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Near the bus stop, there is a shopping centre where they sell only essential products for direct consumption. The staff are so lovely and helpful. I recommend the hotel. "

"Nice, modern, comfortable hotel, in general, as well as the room. Very attentive staff and even though we never tried the restaurant, the menu was varied. I was there for one night with my son, will definitely be back in a future visit to Luxembourg. Highly recommended."
