I pre paid though Expedia but upon walking to our room I was told my credit card didn’t work but they had someone else credit card on my file. It was very odd. I didn’t end up getting charged extra but it seemed alittle odd. Also our booking said checkout was 11 am and they told us checkout was 10 am. Not sure if this was Expedia’s issue or the hotels. The property was nice and in a beautiful location. We loved the dogs. But the room are very echoing and you can really hear your neighbours. Over all would stay again though. Just made sure you are aware of your booking records. "

"When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation and treated us poorly, almost as if the mistake were ours. Even after I showed her all the confirmation details, she kept insisting there was nothing under my name. Eventually she located the reservation, and her attitude changed immediately—she became friendly and chatty. Front‑desk staff should treat every guest or potential guest with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of any confusion with the system. I do want to add that every other staff member we interacted with at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."
