"After traveling throughout Europe for 5 weeks, sleeping in multiple hotels and Airbnb's where you don't know what you are getting, and going through the Milan Centrale train station - arriving at the Sheraton Milan was a major bright spot. It felt like coming home. The room was clean and had plenty of space, the AC was on point, the restaurant was fantastic and the bed was super comfortable. It was a pleasure and to have it located in Terminal 1 of the airport, where we were checking in the following morning, was just icing on the cake. We would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"For an airport hotel, this was pretty decent. The room itself wasn’t bad, not the most comfortable bed, and we did have to request extra pillows, but for one night it was very convenient. The restaurant in the hotel was OK for dinner, but I do think that we would’ve preferred to go off property. The shuttle transport service though was an absolute dealbreaker for us and we’re incredibly grateful that it was a service offered by the hotel."

On arrival we called the front desk and they kindly sent a shuttle van to pick us up, which was much appreciated. Dinner and breakfast were both very good in the hotel restaurant. Our room was very clean and comfortable Highly recommend staying here"

No welcome drink or any welcome stuff for a presidential suite. Nothing spectacular except the view from the terrace. The staff in the dining room and reception/check in were not very welcoming."
