The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all linens on the beds. Pull off the comforter on the beds you have used so the cleaners will know what to wash.
Please leave all used bath towels, hand towels, and other linens in the bathtubs.
Trash collection is on Wednesday. Please move all full trash bins to the street for collection. Recycling is every other Wednesday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Wednesday is Trash Day. Please move bins to the street before you check-out no matter which day of the week it is. $50 fee applied if failure to do so
Used linens stay on bed, leave used towels in bathtub. If using the hot tub, guests must follow all hot tub rules and sign the waiver.
Please be sure to manually lock the front door when you checkout after your stay using the Baldwin electronic deadbolt.
