Just off the master area is a children’s bedroom with a single bed and toys, making it a practical setup for young families wanting to stay close together. The upstairs bathroom features a claw foot bath, separate shower, vanity and toilet.



Downstairs offers two additional bedrooms, both with double beds, alongside a second bathroom with another bath, shower and vanity, plus a separate toilet. There’s also a full laundry with washing machine, outdoor clothesline and indoor airer for longer stays.



The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooking, oven, dishwasher and SMEG appliances, flowing into a generous dining space with seating for eight plus additional island seating for four. The large outdoor deck is perfect for slow breakfasts in the sun, afternoon drinks after the beach or watching the colours change over the ocean in the evening. A reverse cycle air conditioner downstairs keeps the home comfortable year round, whether you’re visiting during warm summer beach days or cosy Tasmanian winters.
