"Overall the property was mediocre. When we got to the airport we called for transportation, as planned before hand, and there was no response, so we had to rent a driver from the airport. When we got there there was no welcome and the orientation wasn't well coordinated. We found out later by ourselves that they had a whole restaurant that was open to the guests ( we weren't told upon arrival). "We gave this a five star rating for multiple reasons. We were not expecting a luxury resort. We got what we expected and more. Déjà Resorts is a very unique experience. This is a national treasure for Montegonians. The food was A+++. The Staff were genuinely friendly and always there for us. Marie in the dining dining room is Super. Brandon , Cheville and all the staff at this Hotel are the Best! I spoke with other guests and everyone were satisfied with the level of service courtesy and accommodations. Again be reminded that this is a small INN. It has a Jamaican flavor all the way with a touch of class. Do not expect skyline views and Luxury. What we got at Déjà was the real Jamaica love. From day one to day ten we had an awesome experience and Ill definitely return to Deja."
