Staff is nice. Conveniently located next to the main thorough fare, but that means traffic noise. Newly painted, but over old and broken wood trim, doors, and walls. Squeaky floors. Good hot water but loose plumbing fixture handles and missing drain plugs. Shower head just the right height for somebody 5’-4” tall. Linen clean, but thread bare. Clean everywhere, except behind the furniture. WiFi connects but Internet doesn’t work. Hey, you get what you pay for and nothing more.

The staff was friendly and helpful unfortunately the hotel is so run down and tore up that it out weighs the staff.

The reservation was denied by the front desk at check in. They said our name wasn’t on the reservation. When the rep from Expedia called the property shortly after, they didn’t pick up the phone. Customer service is nonexistent. I don’t recommend staying at this property.

The room was big and spacious. It was a nice place to relax and recharge. I liked being able to walk to places to eat and the grocery store. The person at the front desk was kind and answered all my questions. Thank you!
