"New owners have made this motel so very nice. The decor was so nice. Amenities were great. Breakfast was great. The housekeeping was terrific and very nice. The girl at the desk was only a temp and she was great, very helpful."

"This was the worst experience we have had at a hotel in a long time. We were booked into a suite on the second floor which could only be reached by outside steps which were uneven and rough (no elevator). Although the rooms were very large and had a kitchenette, there were absolutely no plates, pots, pans, utensils, or anything else of any kind in the kitchen area. There was no way to cook anything or even warm anything up because there were no microwave and no coffee maker. Every drawer in the suite was completely empty. The room was noisy, and even though it was a no smoking room, there were people seated outside our door smoking at various times. There was no breakfast offered at the property, so we had to drive to a restaurant several blocks away to get some food to bring it back to the room. We were glad to quickly get away from this awful place. Please do not recommend it to anyone else."

"Nice remote quiet location as promised. The floor plan was really spacious. Options for outdoor living are a FP, picnic table, or sit under the covered porch. Because the location is away from any grocery stores( closest about 15 miles), you may want to bring at least some basic food & beverages. You are really close to the Falls at the state park though- easy drive.Really a nice place."

"Loved my stay, rooms very clean. A/c good and cold. And at the front desk i met the sweetest lady called Grannie Ann. She's a true diamond. So glad I met this little lady made us feel right at home. This was not a vacation trip . I was in town for horrible reasons but.This hotel was a blessing me and my granddaughter was able to come to the room decompress and relax at the indoor pool"

"The room and lobby were clean and fresh and the staff were very nice. The only issue is that housekeeping began knocking loudly on doors and saying housekeeping as early as 8:45am and opened the door, looked around, saw me sleeping, then said I’ll come back. It startled me and disturbed my sleep. Not sure why they are opening doors of occupied rooms."
