With ample space in the fitted wardrobes and with comfy seating this room is a wonderful space to escape to. Bedroom 2 has 2 full-size single beds, a chest of drawers and hanging space for clothes These bedrooms share the use of the bright, modern family bathroom with a large shower cubicle, WC, sink and a large bath with handheld shower.
With ample parking provided and space for storing golf clubs and outdoor gear, you will be hard pushed to find a better property for enjoying the Scottish outdoors and surrounding area.

We spent one week in this very nice cottage. It is very conveniently positioned between Edinburgh and Glascow.
Very easy to be reached by car.
The house itself is super clean and well equipped with everything might be needed.
We only had a tiny problem with a door, and Julie and her husband immediately came over and fixed it.
Highly recommended for a family stay and as a base to visit the beautiful surroundings.

Utter luxury
Where do I start?! The luxury of this house unbelievable. There has been no expense spared when it comes to quality. The comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. The owners property is next to the house but literally never saw them, but when I needed the answer to a question Julie was there immediately with a response. We loved that it’s between Falkirk and Stirling as wanted to visit sites in both. It’s very near a busy road but we hardly heard any cars at all. We felt miserable going back to our own house and would love to visit again. If you want utter relaxation and comfort this house is a must.

High quality property with excellent customer service
Higginsneuk is a charming property that has considered almost all visitor needs. The overall standard of the property is excellent, very clean and well maintained with comfortable beds and spacious layout.
Currently temperamental internet service was in the process of being addressed during our stay, with a very swift and pleasant response from the property owner when we had difficulties getting internet service. The garden including play equipment provided was much appreciated by young family members.
The location is somewhat isolated so a car is essential but a 10-15 minute drive provides access to everything you will need including shopping and tourist attractions.
Aside from the internet the only recommendation for improvement for us would be the availability of a tumble drier or washer/drier, to help manage the notorious Scottish weather for those booking longer stays. Noting the large lounge area the property would also benefit from an extra sofa, however as it is only a 2 bedroom property this is not a necessity.
I would also like to acknowledge the excellent service from Stirling Self Catering who manage bookings. This is the third time we have used their services in different properties and their team are excellent without exception. We would Highly recommend both the property and Stirling for those considering a booking.
Great place and really good location We stayed for 4 nights with the family and the house was perfect and very spacious. My daughter loved going to see the horses in the field, hoping that’s just a phase!

IMMACULATE
The home is spotless and brand new. They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including the little things in the kitchen like salt, pepper, foil and clear wrap, utensils etc....... It even has a separate wash kitchen room! This is a highly recommended home for comfort while you explore the region.
This property is in an excellent location, ideal for families living across the Forth Valley area. It is easily accessible from the Higgin’s Neuk roundabout, providing great access to the motorways to Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Stirling - a gateway to the Highlands. Larbert station is about 10 minutes away and offers free parking. Despite its proximity to the road, the property has excellent double glazing, minimizing traffic noise. There are also good walking paths nearby that lead to Airth or Kincardine across either of the bridges. The area is rich in history, ensuring plenty of activities and sights to enjoy. The property itself is very well appointed, with high quality furnishings, fit and finish. It had every convenience we needed, and it was cleaned to an excellent standard. The beds were very comfortable, and rooms were spacious and inviting. It has stunning views across the Forth to the Ochil hills, especially from the bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of parking, I would say for 3 cars easily, and a small outdoor patio space with a grill, which we didn’t use as our trip had typical Scottish September weather.Julie was an excellent owner/host, with very friendly responsive communication. Internet is currently provided by a cellular hotspot, which can sometimes have a brief interruption, but Julie mentioned that this is getting upgraded to fiber in the future. We highly recommend this property and we shall be using it again when next we visit our family in Scotland.
