The apartment is just a stone's throw from the center of Falcade, services, and the bus stop, while being immersed in tranquility.

It features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, eat-in kitchen, master bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower.

The terrace and garden are the true gem of this apartment, from which one can enjoy an enviable view of the valley and surrounding mountains.

Villa Elisena is located just 700 meters from the town center. Just a short distance away, you will also find the splendid Falcade Plain, where you can relax and enjoy numerous activities. Among the many options are walks in the green landscape, fun mountain bike excursions, organizing a picnic with friends while enjoying the many typical products that the Biois Valley offers, or simply having a good aperitif at the bar/restaurant by the small lake.. And much more!

In winter, always in the park, you can practice cross-country skiing and skating, as well as admire the majestic Christmas tree that rises in the middle of the snowy expanse, which is lit during the Immaculate Conception holiday and illuminates the Plain throughout the winter.
